There are career decision making models and theories available, but remember its up to you to determine your preferred method

• “What do I think is important to in this decision?”

• Don’t take career questionnaires too seriously – you know yourself best what will ‘fit’

• Get feedback and recognise any unnecessary pressure you are bringing to this decision

• E.g. Planned Happenstance (1999), “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there.”(John Krumboltz 2009)
