Top 4 queries...

1. My forum link to OTEN online is broken. How do I update it? Answer: Ignore it.

2. My assessment tips are missing. Answer: Go to: add/edit student content > Unit LA > select unit LA > publish the Assessment information page.

3. I see extra content on my course/unit pages that isn’t on the current OLS. Answer: Just delete or hide. (All content that had ‘published’ status was migrated.)

4. Some links in my course/unit pages send me to the logon page. Tip: No need to re-login. Use the ‘back’ browser arrow. (Such links are usually to OLS pages that no longer exist.)

5 things to do...

1. Update information that refers to the old OLS. Tip: Consider removing it. Refer students to guides already in the Course overview area.

2. Check if your content has migrated across. Tip: Compare against the old OLS.

3. Avoid long scrolling. Tip: Consider consolidating text based content into word and pdf for students to download or read using their e-reader apps.

4. Make sure that the Additional tab at Course level is ‘published’.

5. Check that your content is responsive. Tip: Do the 1/3, 2/3 screen resize check.
