• Click Products > Add a new product to create new product on Lazada

• Select Primary category for the product

• Log into Seller Center • Commission fee based on contract is calculated subject to each primary category of the product. In case your product is listed in different categories, you can choose the category with less commission fee.

• Primary category must be in the most accurate and detailed selection. You must choose until the last detailed category for the product.

• Ex: Ceiling fan must be selected Home appliances > Cooling & Heating > Fans > Ceiling fans & Wall fans > Ceiling fans. You must select category details for this product.

• Click “Select” to save information.

You can search for your category using this search bar

In case you are confused about your category, you can contact Lazada for support.

Fill in “Name” and “Brand”

Enter brand name of the product. If your brand is still not listed in Lazada’s database, please select “None” and you can send request to create your own new brand via email to PSC.

• List out major highlights of your product• Information on highlights must be made line by line, not in paragraph as the instruction above• Minimum of 3 and maximum of 8 special features of your product.• Notice: Do not include warranty and origin information in Highlights. Fill in “What’s in the box” and “Warranty”

• The number of items in the package customer receives must be exactly the same as what is written on website

• Unit: Month (for products with under 2-year warranty length), Year (for products with over 2-year warranty length)

• Make sure you include both TIME LENGTH (1 month, 3 months, 12 months,…) và TYPE OF WARRANTY (by invoice, warranty stamp, electronic warranty, warranty ticket, warranty card, no warranty)

Fill in “Variation”, “Seller SKU”

When adding price, you should enter the accurate price of your product in VNĐ with VAT included.

Size details must be included in these categories:• Fashion – clothing, shoes, rings • Watches, Jewelry & Sunglasses – rings• Home & Living – draps, blankets & cushions • Sports – apparel, shoes • Kids, Babies & Toys – clothing, shoes

Notice: If no size details are included, your product cannot be verified. If you add “variation” details for products which are out of that list, your product cannot be verified either.

Price

• Each product has its own SKU and must be different from others’ (including size, color). There will be system error whenever you enter existing SKU.

• Minimum of 3 and maximum of 50 characters – Not beginning with number 0

Add images

• Click “Images” tab to upload product images onto Seller Center system• Minimum of 1 and maximum of 8 images for each product• Then click “Submit all and Finish” to finish uploading new product• Images must be aligned with Lazada’s product image convention (*)

• Use Zoom In/ Zoom Out functions to resize image appropriately

• Finally, click Crop
