SEMS and MAIN APPLICATION OF LASER BEAM The main application would be in the measurement of the elasticity in the vertical due to the force of gravity which we call weight (P), to differentiate it from any other type of force (F): P = m • g (g = acceleration in the vertical direction on the bodies caused by gravity force (P) F = m • a (a = acceleration in all directions on a body caused by applying a force (F) Some obvious applications would be in the case of Venice and the Tower of Pizza which are self-explanatory as figures.
