All or padlocks (except the SLP-150 range) can be Keyed Alike (1 key can open several locks) and Master Keyed (1 Master Key can open several different locks, keyed individually or keyed alike). There are 2 options for Keying Alike - Registered or Non-Registered:

Registered: The special keying is done by our locksmith when required. The padlock and key is engraved with a unique number. At a later stage should additional locks or keys be required for the set, simply quote the number on the existing lock or key.

Non-Registered: These sets of Keyed Alike locks are more economical than our Registered locks as we get them keyed in bulk at our factory, kept in stock for immediate dispatch. You cannot add extra locks or keys to these sets once purchased. For available Non-Registered lock sets please see page 18.

The CIRLOCK System basically consists of two parts:

APPLICATION:

The CIRLOCK System is a unique system of Lockout Devices for circuit breakers, which can, when properly installed and used, help to prevent unintended energization of electrical circuits.

The system consist of basically two parts:A MOUNTING SET to be attached to the circuitbreakers escutcheon plate, normally in full lenght of the cut-out made for C/B’s. A slot and hole are then available for each ‘pole’ on the board. A number of LOCKOUT ARMs, one for each circuit breaker, are then inserted in the slots in Mounting Sets during installation, or later. Because various brands of circuit breakers have different pole widths and sizes, Mounting Set and Lockout Arm must be ordered to fit the brand and type of circuit breakers in use. See pages 38 & 39 for details.

ORDERING EXAMPLELockout Devices for a 24 pole (2x12 pole) distribution board for miniature (18mm) circuit breakers, fitted with 13 Terasaki DIN-T circuit breakers, a mix of 3- pole and 1- pole. ORDER: 2 only Mounting Sets Type MAM-12 and 13 Lockout Arms Type ALA-M-1. Lockout Arms can also be installed for ‘Spare’ poles now or later. MAMM- Mounting Sets:MAMM’s are same size as MAM-’s (i.e. an MAMM-12 are same length as MAM-12), but have provision for a Lockout Arm for every 9 mm (module 18 mm) in its full length. Are to be used where there are 1/2 module (Aux. contacts or similar) mounted with CB’s, or for 27 mm wide modules (15 kA CB’s).

EXAMPLE: MAMM-24 is for 24 single poles of 18 mm wide modules.

To use MAMM for 27 mm wide CB’s: A 27 mm module is 1.5 times 18 mm. Convert Number of 27 mm poles into 18 mm poles, i.e. 24 poles of 27 mm is 36 poles of 18 mm. For one row of 24 single poles of 27 mmCB’s, a MAMM-36 Mounting Set is needed.

APPLICATION:The FUSELOCK System is a unique system of Lockout Devices for Fuse Holders, that can, when properly installed and used, help to prevent un-intended insertion of fuse links in fuse holders. The system consist of basically two parts:A LOCKOUT BASE to be permanently attached to the fuse holder. There are four basic different types - see below for details - and a LOCKOUT ARM to be inserted when locking out is required.The parts are manufactured from rigid and expanded PVC Plastic. Padlock holes size are 8 mm.

All Markers come with 4 relations markers in 2 different sizes. Large Marker is placed on or near Energy Lockout Point, i.e. Electrical Switches or Pressure Valves.

Smaller machines: Small Relation Markers are placed on machine or equipment for easy recognition of Lockout Points.Larger equipment: On large equipment or machines, it is recommended to use Energy Information Lockout Label Chart in either A4 or A6 format. Cirlock Self Adhesive Labels are made from High Quality 3M Vinyl printed with Eco Friendly ink with an outdoor average lifespan of 2-3 years.

All labels, signs and Pipe ID Markers can be coated with a clear laminate for excellent UV protection and extra long life.

Danger Tags, Warning Tags and other custom made tags are as standard made from High Quality Poly material, to withstand water and grease, and for long term durability. For re-usable tags extra thick material or heavy duty

lamination can be used.All tags have as standard a 8mm metal eyelet. Please request other options if needed (eg string).

Signs can be supplied with either Polypropylene backing (1.4mm), Coreflute (5mm) or a Metal backing (0.55mm) as standard.

Cirlock signs, labels and markers are, where possible, made to Australian Standards.

Pipe Markers help to quickly and easily identify pipes contents. This is especially helpful in an emergency situation. It also saves time during maintenance. Australian Standard AS 1345-1995 - “Identification of the contents of pipes, conduits and ducts” - specifies guidelines for pipe marking. CIRTAG® standard Pipe Markers complies to AS 1345-1995 Standards.

Pipe Marker Layout:

A marker consists of printed text on a coloured background with a contrasting border and a chevron to show flow direction. The colours are determined by the pipes contents. Text and marker sizes are also specified.Markers must be placed adjacent to all junctions, valves, wall penetrations etc. Markers shall be spaced no more than 8m apart, except for long uninterrupted straight runs of external services where spacing shall not exceed 50m.

Supplementary Colour Markers:

Additional colour markers can be used as ‘wrap around’ bands to help specify pipe content and danger levels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE1. General – These Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of items and equipment included in the current issues

of the Cirlock Pty Ltd (the Company) price lists, or where a quotation is made, they shall form part of that quotation. No variation or cancellation of any of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding on the Company, unless assented to by the Company in writing.

2. Acceptance – A quotation is not to be construed as an offer or obligation to sell, and the Company reserves the right to accept or reject any orders received. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods to be of the description, quality and quantity ordered, unless particulars of a claim to the contrary are notified to the Company in writing within 14 days after delivery.

3. Prices & Delivery – All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated, are subject to change with-out notice, and all orders are accepted by the Company on the condition that they will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch. All prices are strictly net unless where otherwise stated.Goods are sold on a Free on Transport (FOT) basis. Where the purchaser requires freight to be prepaid, all expenses will be to their account at cost.All prices shown in published catalogues or price lists are recommended selling prices only, and there is no obligation on the part of any reseller to maintain the same prices. The quotation includes only such goods as specified in it. Goods offered ex stock are subject to prior sale and delivery time quoted is without engagement.

4. GST – Goods and Services tax (GST), if applicable, shall be to the Buyers account. When added, GST is based on the rate and method of assessment ruling at the date of invoice.

5. Terms of payment – Payment for all goods purchased shall be net and be made within the timeframe stat-ed on the Tax Invoice relevant to the purchase. Under no circumstances shall payments be made later than 30 days from the end of the month of the date on the Tax Invoice. Accounts may be placed on stop supply without notice if payment is not received by the due date. The Company reserves the right to charge inter-est on any overdue account.Payment for any Goods or Service must be received in full, before goods are dispatched, inside or outside Australia, if the buyer is not a registered Company in Australia.The Company reserves the right to not dispatch any goods before any outstanding payment has been received in full, from any person or company.

6. Return of Goods & Credits – Standard products as listed in the published price lists of the Company, may be returned for credit, provided the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery in an unspoiled, undam-aged and re-saleable condition, in their original packing, free to the Company’s warehouse.Goods will not be accepted for return after 14 days from date of delivery unless by prior arrangement, and with the payment of a restocking fee of 15% of original net invoice value.

7. Indemnity – The purchaser must comply with all instructions of the Company in relation to the fitting, instal-lation and use of the goods. Notwithstanding such compliance. The purchaser must keep the Company in-demnified against all claims expenses and liabilities of whatever nature including claims for death, personal injury, damage to property, and consequential loss, including loss of profit, which may be made against the Company, unless the same is directly and solely attributable to any breach of contract or by negligence of the Company or its authorized employees.

8. Property and Risk – All risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, but property in the goods remains with the Company until all debts owing to the Company by the buyer (including payment for the goods) has been made in full.

9. Limitations of Conditions – These terms and conditions, and the parties’ rights and obligations under them, are governed by, construed and enforced in all respects by the laws of Queensland.

10. Warranties – Subject to any written warranty given by Cirlock, and subject to any statutory warranties ex-press or implied which by law cannot be executed, all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied are expressly negated. In the case of Goods, where a warranty or condition is implied by law, Cirlock’s liability, to the extent it can be limited, is limited to one of the following at the election of Cirlock:

(i) Replacement of the Goods or supply of equivalent Goods(ii) Repair of Goods(iii) Payment of the cost of replacing the Goods or acquiring equivalent Goods(iv) Payment of the cost of having the Goods repaired.
