Upon reconsideration, the application was amended to decrease the total size of the store to 3,550 square feet and the retail space to 1,377 square feet. Reconsideration was granted and the application was approved. The license was issued on 5/10/17. On 8/17/17 the applicant requested approval of an alteration to add a 45' by 75' storage area to the side of the premises.
