Description of Premises: The premises is a two story free standing building. Premises consists of seating area , stage, customer bar, liquor storage, DJ booth , restrooms, utility rooms, private rooms, audio visual room, walk-in coolers, kitchen , retail shop, restrooms, lounge area and closet on the first floor. Dressing rooms, restrooms/showers, storage rooms and offices on the second floor. Maximum Occupancy is 169 and there are 12 tables with a total of 48 seats. There is one 1 irregular-shaped customer bar which is 37 feet with 15 seats.

Note: The diagram submitted with the application depicts 14 (not 12) tables with seating for 52. The diagram also depicts 24 seats around the stage. If the stage will be used for topless dancing, the seats do not appear to be the required 6 feet away.

Method of Operation: Night club with 65 employees, principal will manage and will also employ a manager. 5 security personnel. There will be a DJ, recorded and live music. There will be topless entertainment with employees dancing for entertainment.
