ALL-INCLUSIVE LUXURY WILDERNESS SAFARI PACKAGES All-Inclusive Luxury Wilderness Safari Packages include: luxury tented accommodation, all gourmet meals including snacks, featured wines, beer and alcohol, guided activities, gear and instruction, one 60-minute relaxation massage per person and one half-day fishing excursion per family (note allowances below), evening turndown service and all in-room amenities, laundry service, horse-drawn wagon shuttle, and unlimited enjoyment of amenity tents and waterfront lounge.

INCLUDED GUIDED ACTIVITIESHighly-personalized, unforgettable adventures include horseback riding, ocean or fresh water fishing, whale and bear watching, Wild Side safari tour, canoeing and sea-kayaking, hiking, archery, trail running, mountain biking, rock climbing and rappelling, wilderness skills workshops, surfing, paintball, and stand-up paddleboarding. A yoga studio provides meditation and yoga classes every morning (in studio or on the waterfront deck) and a state-of-the-art fitness room is also available.

A LA CARTE ACTIVITIES & EXTRASIncluded activities are truly breathtaking, however we also offer an extraordinary menu of extras for those inclined, including our heli-adventures: heli-fishing, heli-hiking, heli-yoga, heli-kayaking, heli-ziplining, heli-sightseeing, heli-stand up paddleboarding and heli-conservation as well as deep sea ocean fishing (beyond included allowances). The Healing Grounds Spa offers a choice of à la carte services including facials, manicures and pedicures, reiki and reflexology, plus hot stone and thai massage. Special reserve wines and liquor are also available for an à la carte fee.

MASSAGE ALLOWANCE One 60-minute relaxation massage per adult/youth, included with stays of three and four nights. Two 60-minute relaxation massages per adult/youth, included with each seven-night stay.

FISHING ALLOWANCE One half-day in-shore ocean or deep fishing adventure per family/group, included with stays of three of four nights. One full-day in-shore ocean or deep sea fishing adventure per family/group, included with stays of seven nights. *Additional deep sea fishing (in excess of two miles off-shore) excursions are charged a supplemental fee of $500 per person, minimum of two persons.

TRANSFERS

Transfers from Vancouver International Airport to the resort are available by seaplane or boat and can be added to package rates. Seair Seaplanes is our preferred floatplane partner, offering service on 5, 7 or 9-seater single engine seaplanes. Alternatively, guests are able to personally book a private charter plane to Tofino or a private seaplane charter directly to the resort dock. Packages utilizing Seair seaplane transfers begin departing YVR South Terminal at approximately 3:00pm on Thursdays and Sundays, and begin departing the resort at approximately 4:30pm on Thursdays and Sundays.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Check-in and check-out days are only on Sundays and Thursdays. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 1:30pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Surcharge may apply.

SHOULDER SEASON (May 16 - June 13 and Sept 5 - Sept 15)

All sixteen waterfront ensuite tents offer king bed comfort plus a queen day bed, and private deck. An in-tent bathroom features heated floors, double sinks, flush toilet and a private outdoor cedar shower. A remote-controlled propane-fueled cast iron 'woodstove,' vintage oil lamps, antique silver and crystal set authentic period light and ambiance, complementing electric lights and amenities. Sleeps 5 with cot. * Twelve of the sixteen waterfront tents are situated on a secluded back channel of the Bedwell River at the edge of the rainforest. See map - #1-12.* Four of the waterfront tents are located on the foreshore facing the rising sun with beautiful views of the inlet. See map - #17-20.

One large hillside family tent (See map #23), comprised of two adjoining tents, is set into the hillside with 360-degree rainforest views and a private deck. One tent offers king bed comfort plus a queen day bed and the second tent offers two double beds and a day bed. Each tent features an in-tent bathroom with heated floor, flush toilet, and double sinks. One bathroom has a private outdoor shower and the other has a bathtub. Located a short walk from the main camp, set into the hillside, up a flight of stairs. Sleeps 10 with two cots.

CHILDREN• Due to the intimate size and nature of the resort, children must be a minimum of six years of age. • Children’s rates apply to children ages 6-12 years old.• Youth rates apply to youth ages 13-19 years old.

SINGLES• Due to a short resort season and limited accommodations, adult double occupancy is required in all ensuite and deluxe tents during peak season stays.• A single occupancy supplement of $600.00 per night applies during shoulder seasons.

APPLICABLE TAXES• Environmental Sustainability fee: 3%• Provincial Hotel Tax: $16 per tent per day • GST (federal): 5%

RESORT FEE & GRATUITY 14% WEDDINGS & SPECIAL OCCASIONSWedding planner, cakes, entertainment, photography etc, quoted separately.

BAGGAGE• Baggage allowance per person on the floatplane is 40 lbs (18 kilos).• Guests arriving to the resort before or after extended travel can store excess luggage securely at the floatplane terminal.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONDue to a short resort season, a 50% deposit is taken at time of booking, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is received and confirmed 91 days or more prior to arrival, a $500 per person cancellation fee applies. If cancellation is received 0-90 days prior to arrival then the reservation is 100% non-refundable.

TRAVEL TIPCharter floatplanes depart from the South River Terminal of YVR at 3:30pm - 3:45pm on Thursdays and Sundays, arriving to the resort generally between 4:15pm - 4:30pm. Floatplanes begin returning resort guests to Vancouver as soon as possible, following the unloading of arriving guests, generally between 4:30pm and 5:00pm, arriving YVR South River Terminal 45 to 60 minutes after departure. ***It is impossible to predict weather and flight conditions, so it is highly recommended that guests avoid booking connecting flights on the evening of their departure from the resort.

WILDERNESS FACTORSometimes, due to weather, floatplane schedules are changed or amended by the operator to suit inclement weather, or include a ground transfer component. Such changes and delays are beyond our control and while we and our floatplane partners do our best to adhere to plans, sometimes for the safety of passengers, scheduled flights are cancelled or delayed, until pilots receive the all-clear to take off from YVR South Terminal. In the case that the floatplane must land at another destination on Vancouver Island, supplemental ground and/or boat transfer will be provided. Please inquire directly with the resort regarding policies.
