Make sure you are a part of this amazing legacy and life changing experience. The McGavock Band masters the impossible and is committed to see it through. July Tuition is $200 per student and is required to be a member of the competitive marching band. This covers meals for Band Camp Week 2 (lunch/dinner), Wave Pool on Friday, instruction for July, along with the member shirt. Payments can be made in one lump sum or in two payments, due 9 May ($100 – non-refundable), and the remaining balance 15 July ($100). The official band operating budget/student account fair share amount for the season will be approved at the band booster meeting in July. The estimated cost per member is listed below ($890). Most families fundraise all/most of this amount. Remember, all past due fair share balances for current students must be clear to be eligible to participate in competitive marching band/winter ensembles in 2019/2020. Checks should be made payable to McGAVOCK BAND BOOSTERS. Please include your child’s name on the check. Mail all payments to the address below or bring to the band room and place in the black box. TSSAA PHYSICAL FORMS must be returned no later than May 28 for percussion/guard and July 15 for winds. Marching Band Required Forms will be posted on CHARMS in June and handed out on July 15. All members will receive their CHARMS log in information on July 15. These must be returned before Band Camp Week 2 by July 18. Several forms must be notarized as you sign them.
