An individual 35 years of age or older

Available to any couple 35 years of age or older who are living together at the same residence

Available to any individual from the age of 19-34 at the start of the calendar year

Must be 24 years of age or under at the start of the calendar year and enrolled full-time in college/university. Subject to junior golfer playing restrictions.

Pay as you play—$65 per round, restricted tee sheet access on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays after 12 p.m. Includes 4 rounds of golf, and you are able to participate in league play and Club events.

Includes unlimited golf after 3:30 p.m.Pay as you play—$65 per round outside of sunset times. Sunset membership is available to any adult over the age of 25.

Available to any individuals 25 years of age or older. A family is consisting of two adults living together at the same residence as social members along with their children as Junior members.

Share Purchase Fee - $100 Entitles members to vote in the direction the Club moves in.

• This fee is for the purchase of non-equity shares.Each member is required to purchase three non-equity shares priced at $100 each

Credit Card Administration Fee A 3% credit card administration fee is charged for all membership dues paid with credit card. Members are encouraged to pay by cheque, interact or electronic transfer to [email protected].

Member House Account PolicyOakfield is pleased to provide all members with a charge account as part of their member privileges during the golf season. Members are permitted to charge all purchases they make at the Club to their account. For example: Food & Beverage, Pro-Shop, Carts, and Guest Green Fees etc. It is a mandatory requirement of membership that you register a valid credit card with club administration staff which will be held securely on file compliant with Canadian data protection laws. Invoices/statements are issued the first week of each month for the previous month’s purchases. Payment of the statement will be processed on the registered credit card on the 20th day of each month, or the first business day thereafter if this date falls on a weekend unless the account has been settled by other means prior to this date (i.e. paid by cheque, cash, debit or email transfer). This provides all members with a minimum of three weeks to check their statement and confirm all charges before payment is processed to their credit card or paid by other means.

Please note: Should payment not be received by the 20th and/or your credit card payment is not authorized, all member privileges will be suspended until such a time as the account is brought up-to-date. 2% interest will apply on any account that is 30 days overdue and is subject to administration fees.

NSGA/ Golf Canada Fee - $32

Oakfield Golf & Country Club is proudly registered with Golf Canada, the largest golf community across the country. Each member of the Club is required to purchase a membership to Golf Canada. By becoming a member of Golf Canada, you will receive the following benefits:

• Up to $6,000 in Incident Protection coverage• An Official Golf Canada Handicap Index• Score Centre Game and Score Tracking Account• Exclusive offers on event tickets and merchandise• Equipment ID labels ($14.95 value)• Member pricing on rules online training, including FREE access to Level 1• Participate in national and provincial championships• Internationally recognized membership card• Rewards just for playing the game

Junior Division Fee - $20

Each Junior member is required to pay an additional $20. This payment allows the Junior Division to host events such as the Junior Invitational, Junior Club Championship, weekly free clinics and much more. The funds raised through this division directly impacts the growth and development of all Junior golfers at the Club.

Capital Assessment - $120 +HSTApplicable to all members of the Club excluding Juniors, Collegiate, Trial and Social. Each member will be invoiced a $120 assessment on June 1 to assist with Capital Projects throughout the season. Projects that have been completed with these contributions are:

• Development of new short game area• Driving range improvements• Clubhouse renovations• Golf course improvements• Golf cart improvements

*An update on these projects will be available in the quarterly communications to the membership.

Disclaimer: The Club's Board of Directors will decide on Capital Assessment Fees annually at the start of the new year.


• Absence from the region, because of an unexpected change or transfer in employment.• Illness or physical disability restricting the member from playing golf for the remainder of the season.• Death

Only members who have purchased the insurance (by May 1st, 2021 and have received acceptance of their resignation or leave of absence request are eligible for a refund or credit under the Dues Protection Program. Dues Protection is an OPTIONAL insurance program available to all members. In order for members to receive the insurance you must indicate on the last page of this package that you wish to take the insurance.

All refunds will be done in cheque form and be based on the time of year you activate your insurance. For example if you activate your insurance by May 15, you will receive a 90% credit, 75% by June 15, 50% by July 15 and 26% by August 15.

Ladies Division Fee - $25

The Oakfield Ladies’ Division, established in 1965, has its own Constitution and By-laws and organizes Tuesday Ladies’ Day, inter-club games, golf clinics, rules seminars, special tournaments and the annual Charity Event. The division also organizes single and team match play events while working with the Pro Shop to arrange popular events like the Ladies’ Two Ball, Team Scramble as well as the Ladies’ Club Championship. The division also recognizes players’ milestones like eagles, breaking 80, 90 or 100 and having the greatest reduction in handicap. The Division’s Executive represents the members in the governance of the Club. Additional information is available in your Member's Handbook.


Dues Protection Insurance (optional)Dues Protection insurance will be applied if a member is forced to resign or take a leave of absence during the golf season. It covers a partial refund (or credit) of dues depending on the time of year. The Dues Protection covers the following:

Membership Loyalty ProgramOakfield is pleased to provide its members with a complete range of top quality services, and member support is an essential element of making this a success. Unlike many clubs that simply impose a mandatory spending requirement for food and beverage, Oakfield's Loyalty Program also recognizes both golf shop and green fee purchases as part of its program. This provides members with the flexibility to achieve the required amount of spending in a way that best suits their own priorities. All members are required to spend the equivalent of 20% of their annual dues (before tax) on member services. These services include golf shop purchases, food and beverage and guest green fees. A running tally of your member loyalty spend requirement is available through the Member Portal of the website.

Time of Season

Tee Time BookingsAll members have equitable access to tee times throughout all regular membership categories. Members are permitted to reserve a tee time up to 4 days in advance, online through the member portal. Tee times open for booking at 7 a.m. daily and members are encouraged to book all reservations online.

Weekend/ Holiday LotteryIn order to provide the most equitable tee sheet access to all members at times that are at high demand throughout the season, Oakfield operates a lottery style system for tee times on weekends and holidays. The lottery works on a computer generated algorithm that places all applicants to their specifically requested tee times, then randomly selects individuals to times that have multiple requests. These lotteries open for requests 7 days prior to the desired day and closes 4 days prior.

Glencoe Golf ClubCalgary, Alberta

With 45 holes of golf, Glencoe is the premier stop in Alberta. The Forest course is designed in a traditional Scottish style with a unique mix of 18 holes, including straightaways and doglegs among rocks, creeks and ponds. At Oakfield we want to make it both easy and convenient for you to pay your membership. We have arranged flexible payment plans to fit your lifestyle. Your payment options are:

Option #1 - Early Bird Payment Pay in full by December 1, 2020, with a credit card, interact, cheque or electronic transfer.

Option #2 - Winter Payment Plan Arrange six months of equal payments starting November and concluding April 2021.
