Entry Fee*• $155 per PMA member entry • $130 per PMA member entry when three or more entries are submitted by same company

* Note: there is an additional fee to attend PMA’s 16th Annual Maintenance Summit and/or 7th Annual Maintenance Professional Awards Luncheon. All award nominees may take advantage of a reduced Maintenance Summit registration fee of just $90.

Cancellation PolicyMaintenance Professional Awards entries may be withdrawn or transferred but are not refundable. All requests for cancellation of Maintenance Summit reservations must be made in writing. A full refund or waiver of reservation fees, will be granted if written notice of cancellation is received by PMA no later than Friday, October 12, 2018.
