SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTAll sponsor-provided email blasts require AASP approval. Deadline for submitting sponsorship application is August 1, 2018, in order to be included in all on-premise signage and public recognition during the conference. Sponsorship payment is due in full when sponsorship application is submitted. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing prior to August 31 will receive a full refund, less $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after August 31, 2018. Upon receipt of application and payment, sponsor logistics will be sent to the indicated contact.
