Dear Convention Partners:

I hope you are all enjoying this year’s programming and events. The work never stops atALPFA, however, and we are already busy preparing next year’s exciting Convention!

After several years, ALPFA returns to Las Vegas, the nation’s most exciting city! With worldclass restaurants and entertainment, we are sure your colleagues will not only have aprofessionally and personally rewarding time but also a good deal of fun at our Convention’svenue, the iconic Caesars Palace.

What we are most looking forward to sharing and exploring with you, however, is the theme for our 2017 Convention:“The New Latino Paradigm.” What is the “new Latino paradigm?” Well, you will need to attend to fully find out. In anutshell, ALPFA will explore the ways in which Latinos are the key to America’s future. With Social Security funding indire need, due to aging Baby Boomers’ retirement coupled with dropping fertility rates, America faces a demographictsunami. What is the solution? It’s YOU! Latinos and those who support the Latino community. Thriving, productiveLatinos in the workplace are this nation’s lifeline, quite literally. We are proud to acknowledge Latinos’ integral role inAmerica’s success and survival, and proud to present you this imperative theme for further discussion.

Our mission is a critical and constant one: to empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character forthe nation, in every sector of the global economy. You are an integral part of it and I trust you will join me August 6-10,2017, in wonderful Las Vegas, for what is sure to be a one-of-a-kind Convention!

Saludos,

Charles P. GarciaChief Executive Officer, ALPFA

Partner Benefits

The Annual Convention attracts over 3,700 attendees across five days that engages 60 percentprofessionals and 40 percent college students.

Our signature event, the ALPFA annual Convention, features key opportunities to expand yourbrand, recruit talent, provide training, and develop your internal talent while expanding your presence in the Latino market.

The Convention brings members together from across the U.S. to be motivated, inspired, and better business leaders. As the country’s population becomes more heterogeneous and organizations continue to expand their reach acrossborders, having a diverse workforce is an increasingly critical imperative to the success of every organization. Partneringwith ALPFA not only gives you access to a quickly-growing number of Latino professionals nationwide but also to theprogramming and expertise needed to move you beyond simply hiring diverse talent.

In addition, the Convention provides you with an opportunity to connect with leaders at different points in their ownjourneys, from organizations nationwide, to create a more inclusive corporate environment that leads to improvedresults. Special events include our Annual CEO Summit; Women of ALPFA Day programming; Scholarship andLeadership Luncheons; Student Luncheon and Learns; Career Fair and interview opportunities; a Chief MarketingOfficer (CMO) panel; Valued Partner receptions; and of course, our Gala Awards, where we recognize theachievements of ALPFA’s top talent. The question is not whether you should get involved but which aspects of theConvention will assist you with achieving the objectives of your organization.

It doesn’t stop at the Annual Convention. Five Regional Symposiums open the door to network intimately withthousands of additional students and professionals across the nation. And virtual events include:

Strategically developed Women of ALPFA programming dedicated to the professional success of Latina women.

Webinars that advance training on specific timely topics throughout the year.

Key ALPFA leaders give you an opportunity to detail the most attractive features of your organization to our members.

Under our ALPFA Solutions sister organization, we develop customized, targeted programs designed to bring thebest out of your existing workforce and help your company create innovative strategies to continue growing yourfootprint and market share among educated, affluent Latinos.
