• 6-week program combines three weeks totaling 16 hours for up to 15 participants with three
weeks of 1.5 hours virtual coaching activities for each participant. This design aims to anchor
the leadership practices in the leaders’ day-to-day activities
• Leadership competencies assessment and discussion of the assessment outcomes (individual
and group assessment reports); and Student guide and class materials
• Leadership skills development sessions as workshops to cover leadership topics relevant to

President, ALPFA Solutions
Raymond's extensive background includes 25 years of experience with Fortune 100
companies as a senior executive in both human resources and business roles. Raymond,
a former Aetna chief diversity officer reporting to the CEO, was recognized as a top
Hispanic executive in the U.S. in two consecutive years. During his tenure, Aetna
achieved a Top 19 company for diversity rating, a marked improvement from its previous
altogether exclusion from the list.
Raymond also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce and as a Senior Fellow of Plaza Institute as well as a member of
its Global Enterprise Studies program. He served on ALPFA's and chaired NSHMBA's
Corporate Advisory Boards and served as President of PRIMER, as a member of the
Board of Regents of the University of Hartford, a Treasurer and Officer of the Wheeler
Clinic Board of Trustees, and a board member of the National Hispanic Medical
Association. He is a former chairman of HACU's Corporate and Philanthropic Council as
well as a member of HACU's Governing Board.
Raymond earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from New York University and a governance
certificate from Harvard University.

experience, spanning 13 countries, in senior-level operations, HR and global diversity leadership.

DIANE CRAIG
A global, sought-after speaker who’s a faculty member of the Canadian Management Centre. Her

RAFAEL DIAZ-GRANADOS
An accomplished Fortune 10 senior executive with a focus on restructuring and optimizing
international businesses. Recently he finished a project as the Simplification Leader reporting
directly for the CEO of GE Healthcare ($18+ billion healthcare division). The project resulted in a
complete redesign of the organization and almost a $1 billion reduction SG&A.

Combines the strengths of CIO/practitioner, management consultant, and academic with proficiency

teaching/speaking engagements exemplify his expertise and leadership.
CYNTHIA NERANGIS
Specializes in training global managers, teams and expatriates to achieve an enhanced global
mindset. Cynthia is a leading facilitator and expert in cultural competency and cultural sensitivity.
She has extensive experience across a wide range of industries and countries helping clients learn
valuable tools to adapt, thrive, and succeed around the world.
TONI RICCARDI
A former PwC principal and member of its 13 member Management Committee. She leads The
Conference Board’s D&I New Leaders’ Academy. Toni previously served as The Conference
Board’s SVP of HR and Chief Diversity Officer and was the content expert for The Board’s external
diversity content and programs.
YOLANDA LASSALLE
Innovative professional with 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing, EHS, Validations, Project

Is a leading provider of thought leadership, training, and technology designed to enable and

AUGUST TOSCANO
Served as EVP of HR at Regions Financial Corporation, leading the HR function for the
company’s East Region, comprised of $42 billion in assets, 5,000 employees, and 593 banking
offices. His career spans across a variety of industries including oil and gas, consumer
product/retail, and financial services.
ALBA GONZALEZ NYLANDER
Is an award-winning video producer and managing partner of AJ Media Services LLC, located
near Nashville, TN. She provides professional digital media services to corporations, non-
profits, small businesses, universities and government agencies. She’s a graduate of the
Leadership Franklin Class 2014 – 2015 and Emerging Leaders SBA 2015. DWBE, WBENC,

JENNIFER FRITZ
Is a managing partner, Producer, Head of Cinematography of AJ Media Services LLC. Among
her many projects, Jennifer has worked for Opryland, Fox17 and the Nashville Film Festival.

THERESA BARRERA-SHAW
Is a former Supply Chain executive at Wal-Mart who grew the diverse supplier base from $4.2
billion in 2007 to $11.8 billion in 2012. Her personal interests and strengths include driving sales
and profit margin, process improvement, designing world-class customer service processes,
driving change management, and enabling workforce and supplier inclusion.
DAISY AGUILAR
With more than 22 years at DuPont and Johnson & Johnson, Daisy has demonstrated
excellence in defining strategies to increase employee engagement. She has expertise in
leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change-management, leadership development and
training. She’s a Certified Multipliers Facilitators, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Coach.
NANCY DI DIA
Is a change leader and ICF certified executive coach who heads the US Office of D&I for
Boehringer Ingelheim USA. More than 25 years experience, with specialties in HR, coaching,
change management, organizational development, women's leadership, executive presence,
facilitation, LGBT education.
GUILLERMO ROSALES
Is an accomplished executive with over 22 years experience in leadership roles with a solid track
record leading growth for global organizations and helping clients maximize their value through

DAVID W. WEBSTER
David is a regional Emmy Award winner and VHTA “Rising Pineapple Award” winner, a global motivational speaker and the author of “How to change someone’s mind.” His 30-year study of person-to-person communication patterns has allowed him to recognized what we must do in order to positively guide another person’s energy and thoughts in conversation. From owner to upper management, supervisor to staff or staff to clients, David can teach the steps of “Positive Persuasion” to anyone who is willing to listen to his powerful and entertaining speeches or take his hilariously fun communication workshops.
DANIEL GUTIERREZ
Daniel is an international business consultant, radio personality, motivational speaker and spiritual teacher who has inspired people to make positive changes that lead to success. Leveraging his experience, infectious humor, and belief that there is greatness in each of us, he has helped individuals all over the world. Based in Los Angeles, Daniel has been the cover story in Latin Business Magazine and listed in its “Top 100 Hispanics.” Daniel has also been the cover story of Cypen Magazine and was featured in the documentary film Luminous WorldViews as one of 18 world renowned thought leaders in the area of transformation and leadership.
LORI RUFF
Lori is ALPFA’s chief branding officer and is a long-standing authority on social media, ecommerce, branding, and building engaged and loyal communities of fans, advocates and influencers. She is a LinkedIn Ambassador, and Forbes has included her in every release of their Top 50 Social Media Power Influencers’ list. She is currently ranked #7 Social Media Power Influencer Woman globally by CEO World (in cooperation with Pew Research and Neilson). RADHAMES NOVA – Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives
An ALPFA member since 2006, Rad’s ALPFA story began as a volunteer, when he joined the Board of Directors of the ALPFA Boston Chapter. In 2011, he joined the ALPFA staff as Executive Director of the Boston Chapter. During his three-year tenure, the chapter added over 3,000 new members, 25 new corporate partners, tripled multi-year corporate partnerships, and was recognized as Leading Chapter of the Year in 2013 and 2014. He works closely with ALPFA’s corporate partners to establish strong and mutually beneficial partnerships. Rad has been recognized by El Planeta Newspaper as one of the most influential Hispanics in Massachusetts and by Merrimack Valley Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40.
