• Maarten Roos – Mr. Roos concentrates on foreign

investment projects and general corporate matters, commercial transactions, intellectual property rights protection and dispute resolution, across a broad range of industries. He has been in China since 1999, and has been recognized

among Asialaw’s Leading Lawyers since 2008. He authored “Chinese Commercial Law: A Practical Guide” (Kluwer Law, 2010), and is an arbitrator to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

• Robin Tabbers – Mr. Tabbers has a background in

international business law and has worked for some of the leading law firms in the Netherlands, including Baker & McKenzie. He has been in China since 2010 and is one of the firm’s primary contacts for foreign companies, forming a solid

bridge between our clients and our Chinese lawyers.

• Kathleen Cao – Ms. Cao advises on investment
