We believe...that we make a

difference in the lives ofthe children we serve.

Our MissionThe Youth Foundation elevates Education, Arts and Athletics for the youth of Eagle County through our programs in early childhood, K-12 and higher education. We provide youth

development and education programming for over 3,800 kids from cradle to career.

93% of middle school summer STEAM camp students grew in math and literacy

92% of Great Start preschool participants met or exceeded expectations for kindergarten readiness

Create opportunities for ALL children and families in Eagle County to be Youth Foundation participants

PwrHrs student numbers increased by 73% and those students experienced three times the literacy growth of non-PwrHrs students

We believe...that a child’s economic

status does not determinehis or her destiny.

We believe...that in collaboration with

the community, we will raise the educational level of all children in the Vail Valley.

Pathway to Success

“A big thank you to the Magic Bus teachers,

volunteers and staff. You helped me provide the basic knowledge to my daughter. She is now

exceeding expectations in kindergarten and she is proud to say ‘I went

to the Magic Bus school! ’ to her friends.”

- Magic Bus parent

"The composite ACT average in both of our high schools is the highest it has ever been. I attribute this to not only what is

happening in the classroom, but also what is taking place in the Youth Foundation’s afterschool and enrichment programs."

- Dr. Jason Glass, Eagle County School District Superintendent

"Because of the Youth Foundation, I am the fi rst one in my family to

graduate from high school."

- Jose, Youth Foundation alumni

"My son was struggling at the beginning of the school year.

The more involved in PwrHrs he became, the better his grades were. By the end of the year I

saw a signifi cant improvement in his overall well-being."

– Mary, mom of a PwrHrs participant
