LAST TIME TIME OUT FOR TUSKEGEE [2/13/16] vs. ALBANY STATE• Rachel Brownlee had a good look at the basket in the final seconds, but the shot rimmed out

allowing Albany State to escape with a 50-49 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) game at Chappie James Arena Saturday afternoon.

• After Kierra Ward knocked down a three-pointer to tie the game at 49-all with 1:15 to play, the Tigerettes fell behind by just a single point after an Artisha Holston free throw with 52 seconds to play.

• Tuskegee (5-18, 4-11 SIAC) had one last chance with 11 seconds remaining when Ward stole the ball from Holston, but was forced to bring the ball out beyond the arc. She found Brownlee with 3.8 seconds to play, who in turn fired up a three-pointer from the left wing that rimmed out as the buzzer sounded.

• Brownlee scored in double figures for the 20th consecutive game this season, and the 22nd in 23 games – the last coming against North Alabama in the third game of the season. She finished with 18 points and eight rebounds, to go along with three assists and two steals.

• Cheyanne Williams added a career-high 18 points for the Tigerettes, who shot 32.8 (19-of-58) percent from the floor and just 11.8 (2-of-17) percent from beyond the arc. They also shot 81.8 (9-of-11) percent from the free throw line and forced 21 Albany State turnovers. For the second consecutive game, the Tigerettes played without second-leading scorer Aryana Jackson.

• Albany State (11-12, 11-4 SIAC) was led by Holston with 13 points.

LAST TIME vs. STILLMAN [2/6/16]• The Tuskegee University women’s basketball team led wire to wire, defeating Stillman Col-

lege 51-46 in Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play at Birthright Alumni Hall Saturday afternoon.

• Rachel Brownlee continued her streak of consecutive games in double figures for Tuskegee (4-16, 3-9 SIAC), extending her streak to 17 consecutive games. She finished the game with 17 points on 4-of-13 shooting from the floor, and 9-of-10 from the free throw line. Aryana Jackson finished with 13 points, while Uche Ibebunjo finished with nine points and 10 rebounds and Jesslyn Mahone grabbed eight rebounds.

• Stillman (7-12, 4-8 SIAC) was led by Victoria Douglas with a game-high 24 points and 10 rebounds, while Joclyn Ramos collected a game-high 16 rebounds.

• Tuskegee led by as many as seven points on two different occasions in the first quarter, with the last coming at 13-6 with just over two minutes remaining in the opening stanza. The Tigerettes used a combined 11 points from Brownlee (six) and Jackson (five) in the opening quarter to open the lead.

• Stillman was able to come out in the third and quickly trimmed the lead to a pair, 26-24, before Brownlee hit back-to-back shots to extend the lead to 30-24. Those two shots started a 9-0 run, culminating with four consecutive free throws for the Tigerettes and gave them their biggest lead of the game at 35-24 with four minutes to play in the third quarter.

• The Tigerettes were able to keep lead throughout the fourth quarter, as Stillman got as close as six at 41-35 with 7:32 to play in the game. After a missed Stillman free throw, the Tigerettes got baskets from Jackson and Ibebunjo to extend the lead to 12 (48-36); the biggest of the day for Tuskegee.

LAST TIME vs. MILES [2/1/16]• The Tuskegee University women’s basketball team fell behind early in the second quarter in

a Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game against Miles Monday night, and never recovered fall 51-32 at Chappie James Arena.

• Rachel Brownlee continued her streak of double-digit games for Tuskegee (3-16, 2-9
