• February 11 2013: Redesign Committee Brainstorms Site Goals

• February 27 2013: Library Forum – Site Goals & Critical Tasks Work

• Forum split into two groups…

• 1) brainstorms site goals

• 2) brainstorms critical tasks

• Groups swap and then identify their top 5 site goals and critical tasks

• Amanda & Randy: Flesh out site goals, strategies and metrics

• March 12 2013: Present site goals document to redesign committee for approval
