The lawsuit alleges serial violations of the United States Patriot Act, the Policy of Embargo Against Iran and Countries Hostile to the Foreign Policy of the United States, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly known as the RICO statute) and other State and Federal laws.

In the District Court lawsuit, Spire Law Group, LLP -- on behalf of home owners across the Country and New York taxpayers, as well as under other taxpayer recompense laws -- has expanded its mass tortaction into federal court in Brooklyn, New York, seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide pending thereturn of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000.00) by the "Banksters" and their co-conspirators, seeking an audit of the Fed and audits of all the "bailout programs" by an independent receiver such as Neil Barofsky, former Inspector General of the TARP program who has stated that none of the TARP moneyand other "bailout money" advanced from the Treasury has ever been repaid despite protestations to thecontrary by the Defendants as well as similar protestations by President Obama and the Obama Administration both publicly on national television and more privately to the United States Congress. Because the Obama Administration has failed to pursue any of the "Banksters" criminally, and indeed is actively borrowing monies for Mr. Obama's campaign from these same "Banksters" to finance its political aspirations, the national group of plaintiff home owners has been forced to now expand its

The complaint - which has now been fully served on thousands of the "Banksters and their Co-Conspirators" - makes it irrefutable that the epicenter of this laundering and racketeering enterprise has been and continues to be Wall Street and continues to involve the very "Banksters" located there who have repeatedly asked in the past to be "bailed out" and to be "bailed out" in the future.

The Havens for the money laundering schemes - and certain of the names and places of these entities - are located in such venues as Switzerland, the Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Cypress and entitiescontrolled by governments adverse to the interests of the United States Sanctions and Embargo Act against Iran, and are also identified in both the United Nations and the U.S. Senate's recent reports on international money laundering. Many of these entities have already been personally served with summons and process of the complaint during the last six months. It is now beyond dispute that, while the Obama Administration was publicly encouraging loan modifications for home owners by "Banksters", it was privately ratifying the formation of these shell companies in violation of the United States Patriot Act, and State and Federal law. The case further alleges that through these obscure foreign companies, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Bank, Citibank, Citigroup, One West Bank, and numerous other federally chartered banks stole trillions of dollars of home owners' and taxpayers' money during the last decade and then laundered it through offshore companies.

This District Court Complaint - maintained by Spire Law Group, LLP -- is the only lawsuit in the worldlisting as Defendants the Banksters, let alone serving all of such Banksters with legal process and therefore forcing them to finally answer the charges in court. GATINEAU, Que. — A United Nations special investigator’s latest criticism of Israel’s conduct towardsthe Palestinians is part of a disturbing pattern, Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird charged Friday.

Baird’s remarks marked the latest example of two of the most firmly planted pillars of Canadian foreign policy under the Conservatives: A defence of Israel and criticism of the UN.

Canada joined Israel and the United States in calling for the removal of Richard Falk, the UN’s special rapporteur on human rights in the Palestinian territories.

This week, Falk called for a boycott of companies that have dealings with Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem until they meet international rights standards.

Baird said Falk’s latest report is part of a pattern of bias towards Israel.

“Mr. Falk’s comments are both offensive and extremely unhelpful,” Baird said. “I wish this was the first time he has made such comments, or taken such actions, but it’s not.

“I think when people make these type of outrageous statements, they’ve got to be condemned,” he added.

“There’s a pattern here obviously that causes us great concern.”

Baird did not elaborate. In an earlier statement, he echoed the calls for Falk’s removal.

The Harper government has been highly critical of what it says is a UN bias against Israel, a country it vocally defends at every opportunity. Critics of the Harper government accuse it of the opposite — of an almost slavish support of everything Israeli

Baird delivered Canada’s UN address and used it to level a blistering attack on the organization itself, singling out its inability to stop the bloodshed in Syria.

Canada got another opportunity earlier this week when Falk said that Israeli companies and others based in the U.S., Europe and Mexico may be violating international human rights and humanitarian laws. He pointed to companies that help build and provide security for illegal Israeli settlements, as well as those that exploit Palestinian resources.

Falk called for further investigations into the matter and for a boycott of those companies. Falk noted that Israel’s construction of settlements has been growing while it ignores UN resolutions condemning the practice.

A senior government official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Baird is most concerned about Falk’scall for a boycott.

Baird said Canada isn’t contemplating any further action, other than speaking out.

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney said Friday he hadn’t read Falk’s report. But that didn’t stop Kenney from launching into a passionate defence of Israel and a scathing criticism of the Jewish state’s detractors.

“I think there is an imbalance that is very problematic and that I and the prime minister have identified as something that does not reflect the best values of human dignity,” Kenney added.

“I believe that the Jewish people have a right to a homeland, that those who say that the Jews alone don’t have a right to a homeland have a lot of explaining to do.

In September 2011, Kenney told a UN gathering in New York that Israel is becoming the target of a “new anti-Semitism” that is “now disguised as anti-American, anti-Western and anti-Israel, but it ultimately espouses the same old hatred and intent.

Last spring, Kenney blasted the UN special rapporteur on the right to food, who concluded Canada was not living up to its international human-rights obligations because it was ignoring hunger within its own borders.

Kenney called the finding “ridiculous” and said it was a “waste of resources to come to Canada to give political lectures.”

Bloomberg Wins Its Lawsuit Against the Federal Reserve

Score one for Bloomberg in its lawsuit seeking to force the federal government to disclose who it’s bailing out with trillions of our dollars. Yes, the federal government has—incredibly—been trying to conceal that.

Dean Starkman and I have been following this story for nine months now, and I’d like to raise a glass (of orange juice—it’s only ten in the morning, people) to Bloomberg for its fortitude and to reporters Mark Pittman and Craig Torres for seeking the information. While you’re at it, tip one back for its massive profitability, which better enables it to do such things.

A federal judge in U.S. District Court ruled in favor of Bloomberg, saying the Federal Reserve must release the names of the entities it has lent money to. Bravo to Judge Loretta Preska, who ruled that the the Fed “improperly withheld” the records from Bloomberg.

The Fed has five days to give Bloomberg the records it found but didn’t turn over and has to also look for similar records at the New York Fed to turn over—though, presumably, it will delay this as long as it can with appeals.

Here’s Bloomberg’s Pittman, subject of an Audit Interview in February:

The Fed has refused to name the financial firms it lent to or disclose the amounts or the assets put up as collateral under 11 programs, most put in place during the deepest financialcrisis since the Great Depression, saying that doing so might set off a run by depositors and unsettle shareholders. Bloomberg LP, the New York-based company majority-owned by Mayor Michael Bloomberg, sued on Nov. 7 on behalf of its Bloomberg News unit.

It’s unclear to me whether the ruling forces the Fed to disclose the collateral it has accepted in exchange for the loans. If it is, this is a huge story.

And anyway it’s good anytime the veil is lifted on the secretive and undemocratic Federal Reserve.

Meanwhile, a slap on the wrist to Bloomberg competitor Reuters, which files a story about the ruling but can’t be bothered to namecheck its competitor until the fifth paragraph.

However, that is like your brothers and sistersdisagreeing, and doing something against your preference. This does not mean they are not still yourbrother or your sister. The Treaty of Peace and Friendship, surely existed although denied not only bythe occupying European Colonists, for obvious usurping reasons, but is also denied by the descendantsof those who authorized it, which is one of the greater points and purpose of this writing. Someunconscious Moors continue to claim to be descendants of negros, coloreds, blacks, African-Americans, etc., from a position that they think is lawful, yet it is not. Some make these claims anywayout of ignorance. In truth, it places them outside of the Law, outside of the Constitutional Fold ofGovernment, outside of the Ancient principles they say resides within them; and outside of the humanfamily. They are then the out-laws and don't seem to recognize those "branded" names are not withstanding, as well they don't seem to acknowledge that they are in dishonor of their foremothers andforefathers.

It is way past time to stop claiming those brands. There is NO SUCH thing as Ancient BlackPeople. Black is however, a description, it is not an identity. Because we are very comfortable withusing it, we think it is the only way to commmunicate with each other, in a manner in which we canunderstand or accept. This goes against the logic, certainly for any leader, guide, scholar or teacher,because their duty and mission is to tell the people the truth, and guide them into "right knowledge",not give them what feels good or comfortable tosatisfy their emotions. This is not about their emotions,it is about the facts. The people are able to grasp what is being said to them, especially after they learnwords, and how to read. After all, they are the descendants of the ones who taught the principles ofcivilization; the 7 Liberal Arts. A child can understand that he is not black. In his innocence he wouldsay: "Mommy if I were black, I would look like my black shoe". Therefore, to say that the people won'tunderstand is an insult to the people, or an excuse. Thus one who tries to support such, may be anAgent, at the very least, a Morisco from time past.

What the people, particularly the youth, are fed up with, is being called something different every20 to 30 years. A thinking mind of a child can see that confusion exist. At the very least, the variety ofpsuedo identities, supposedly for the collective, causes dis-unity for the child as they grow up. This ispartly why there is so much discord amongst each other regarding who we are. Without seriousstudies, and without having the keys, one will not be able to know, nor will they be able to guideanyone else. Again, this is ripe ground for Agents, or one with the Morisco spirit, he or she is one inthe same.

Most of us certainly feel the pain of the conquest intent, and most of us say we wish to dosomething about it, to be in the struggle for change. However, continuing to call each other "BlackPeople", and to fight for rights for "Black" people is really a hypocrisy, and gets us no closer toresolution. BLACK PEOPLE HAVE NO RIGHTS! because it identifies one as being outside of thehuman family. All trust is placed upon one's foremothers and forefathers.

The Truth is not comfortable for most. As Drew Ali said "The Nations don't want the Truthbecause it is too stern". Our own actions, or lack of action, keeps us from being responsible toourselves, to our children and to others. Ignorance of these facts do not make them an untruth, nor willthe truth pass away. (Seek ye' the truth, and all else will come unto you).

The Treaty, (Constitution) was established after the Colonist came here and committed murder,mayhem and treason in this, the land of “Milk and Honey” (Northwest Amexem / Northwest Africa /North America). Take note that the treaty was written after the “Declaration of Independence of 1776,wherein the colonist were determined to be treated equally, (because they were not being treated

Thus, the banner they were to hail foracknowledgment of them was/is the “Star Spangled Banner”, just as most of us were taught via thesong, in school. It is the Banner of Peace and Amity, or of commerce, which allowed them (Colonist) todo trade/commerce. They now call it the American flag, but it is what its origins state; the StarSpangled Banner — not star spangled flag. Because we don’t stand up, or speak out, others (who havean obligation to us) have done what they will to, with no rebuttals, no recourse or remedy.

The Battle of Gettysburg is one of the bloodiest battles fought here, and the graves are filled withMoors (take a trip there and see for yourself). The irony of the south fighting the North for freedom, or not, isthat the Battle was fought on the real property of what they call a free slave in their moderndocumentaries, however, he was a Moor, who was NEVER, EVER, a slave in the first place (See theSundry Free Moors Case, attached below). what’s happening right now. While Saturn is in Scorpio for the next 2.5 years, it gives us an approximate timetable for when the fruit will be ripe. Right now, we know that the bitterness of the fruit is already upon us. We also know that, in time, the fruit WILL ripen. It will not ripen overnight butjust like transitioning from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, this is a gradual change. In the great scope of “time” a few years is a fraction of a second, so look forward to this to come to fruition within the next few years. Do not be afraid to let go of “life as you know it” because in order for the New Earth to begin in this 3rd dimensional reality, there NEEDS to be a collapse of what is presently unsustainable. This does not mean it will be replaced with a New World Order. On the contrary, it will be rebuilt in the best interests of humanity as all suppressed technologies are released. The way of life, as you know it, will seem like the Stone Age in the next few years so be willing to release whatever we have gotten accustomed to in this current paradigm.
