Part II: Goals 1-6 This portion of the survey gathers information
on the 12 national performance indicators of community action.
The NPIs reported in this section were created collaboratively within the CSBG Network to enable the more than 1,000 diverse CAAs in 52 States and territories to present a more uniform and coherent national picture of their work and accomplishments.
![Page 25: 2012 IS Report Training](https://reader033.fdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051317/56815da9550346895dcbd86d/html5/thumbnails/25.jpg)
Matters of Emphasis The NPIs are about Community Action,
not just those activities funded through CSBG. Outcomes should be counted and reported from all CA programs and activities.
Agencies should report outcomes only for those NPI categories in which the CAA has supporting programs or activities. It is not expected that all CAAs will produce outcomes for all of the indicators.
