The Long Haul Furniture Pads are made of strong, dark blue and light blue polyester/cotton fabrics, controlled from the mill, dyed to our specifications. The standard heavy duty E-Track Shoring/Decking Beam is made from heat-treated aluminum. When used for decking, these beams support 1000 lbs. each with a dynamic load of five Gs. For shoring uses the load capacity is 2000 lbs. with an allowable dynamic load of two Gs.

Saf-T-Lok Cargo Bar is made of high strength aluminum, our Saf-T-Lok Cargo Bar extends to fit tight against the sides of the truck walls and locks in place without excessive pressure. We believe that purchasers and users must understand the correct application and the strength of WHFA products purchased. Working load requirements should be evaluated by the user before selecting appropriate hardware and strap assemblies. Remember, all strap assemblies or systems are as strong as their weakest component, including the point of attachment.

The Series E Standard Buckle Strap Assemblies are designed to be used with a Series E-Track System. They are made with 2” wide webbing, and have a fixed length of 4 feet. 1,000 lb. working load capacity.

Series E Rope Tie Offs allow ropes or tie webbing to be used with a Series E-Track System.

Series E-Track is designed to accept Series E end fittings, beam sockets, and decking/shoring beams. Made from 12 gauge steel having a minimum yield stress of 45,000 psi.

Rubber Band Holder hangs on standard Series E Track and slat walls.

Rubber Bands are designed to hold furniture pads and/or furniture bags in place during storage and transit. Color-coded for your convenience.

HALOGEN WARRANTy POLICy

WHFA’s distributor, Century Lighting, warrantees the life of PAR Halogen lamps to 1,000 hours and the life of the 5,000 hour PAR lamps to 2,000 hours. All bulbs must be dated on installation and removal. All warranty claims on dated bulbs must be made within six months from date of delivery.

WESTERN RETAIL SERVICE CORPORATION CREDIT TERMS

1) Payment is jointly, severally and unconditionally, personally guaranteed within 10 days of date of delivery.

2) Any charges unpaid after the above 10 days will be subject to 1.5% per month service charge.

3) Any charges still outstanding after 30 days from date of delivery are subject to collection. All collection or arbitration expenses, attorneys’ fees and court costs will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

4) Title to all merchandise shall remain with the creditor until all invoices and additional charges have been paid in full.

5) All claims, requests for adjustments, or notification of errors must be made within ten (10) days, or charges are considered accepted.

6) These terms shall apply to all current and future charges unless revocation is received by registered mail.

7) Credit privileges may be withdrawn at any time without invalidating the terms of this agreement.

8) Warranties and guarantees will be honored only if payment is made within terms.

No substitutions for kit components. Savings based upon purchasing products separately and does consider individual line items with multiple case quantity savings. Some items may ship from separate locations. WHFA reserves the right to change or cancel kit pricing at any time. Future pricing and kit component makeup supersedes previous catalogs.

DISCLAIMER

What is breaking strength capacity? Breaking strength capacity is the minimum load a component or assembly will withstand before failure.

What is working load capacity? Working load capacity is the maximum load a component or assembly should be subjected to during routine use. For your safety, WHFA recommends that “working load capacity” not exceed one-third (1/3) the component and/or assembly “breaking strength capacity.”

What is a rated load capacity? Ratings are generally established and/or regulated by industry or legislative standards and may vary from industry to industry. For example, the 1987 California Highway Patrol rating for flatbed tiedowns is established at 70 percent of the breaking strength capacity of web binders or 80 percent of the breaking strength capacity or force required to cause permanent distortion of component hard ware, whichever is less.

It is the owner’s and user’s responsibility to determine suitability of a product for any particular use. Check all applicable industry, trade association, federal, state and local regulations. Read all operating instructions and warnings carefully.

All ratings shown in this catalog are based on new product used in normal environmental conditions. Special consideration must be given to item selection when unusual conditions can be expected. Particular caution should be exercised to avoid exposing the product to sharp edges or acids.

Products are subject to age, wear and deterioration, all of which cause a reduction in the product’s breaking strength capacity. We recommend that all products be regularly inspected. Any worn, deformed, misused or overloaded products should be replaced immediately.

Remember: the component with the lowest breaking strength capacity in the entire system will probably fail first. Each component of the entire system plays an important part in restraining cargo. It is important that tiedowns be attached to components that are of sufficient strength to prop erly secure the load. For example, if one anchors a standard web binder assembly with a rated load capacity of 12,000 lbs. To a device with a breaking strength capacity of 5,000 lbs. Then that system will fail at 5,000 lbs.

This information is provided to you because we believe that purchasers and the user, must understand the correct application and strength of products purchased.

Bulb Shape and Size - is often designated with a combination of letters and numbers to describe the bulb shape and maximum diameter of the bulb in eighths of an inch.

Color Temperature - is a measure of the color of light, not the actual temperature.

Lumen - the unit that expresses the total quantity of light given off by a source, regardless of direction.

Rated Average Life - the average or median time a lamp will last when burned at its rated voltage under controlled laboratory conditions; shocks, vibration, voltage fluctuations, temperature and other environ mental influences may result in shorter service life.

Volts - a measurement of electromotive force or the pressure of elec tricity in an electrical circuit.

Watts (or Amps) - unit used to measure power consumption of the lamp.

Tone Finish Clear: Our best selling aerosol lacquer! Clear nitrocellulose based lacquers are recommended as topcoats for wood grain finishes.

Primer Sealer for Wood: Primer coat for use under colored lacquer enamels. Insures good adhesion for the final topcoat. Primer Sealer is fast drying and easy sanding, resulting in a smooth base. Has excellent color strength.

Nail-In Glide: Available in two head diameters: 5/8” and 3/4”. Both sizes are: off-white plastic, oval head. .072” nail diameter. 11/16” nail length. 3/16” head thickness.

Tap-In Glide: Safeglides are the only felt glides recommended by flooring manufactures and installers. These tap-in glides provide maximum protection against marring, scratching or denting wood, vinyl, tile and marble floors. The wool felt and plastic are skillfully and permanently bonded, and they won’t rust or corrode like metal glides. They’re quiet and glide easily and safely across smooth, clean surfaces. There is no need for drilling, simply install the safeglide with a tap of a hammer into the end grain. The thin tubular rivet will hold and prevent the furniture leg from splitting.

Display Rails (Short Bed): For displaying and storing beds. Two styles to choose from — Hook On and Bolt On. Both are 6” and sold as a pair. No bolts supplied, but are available to purchase seperately.
