How does it work ?

You will be a part of a ERP GOERP Project implementation team. Our Internal Project team is implementing SAP for various business departments. We need to implement solutions in FICO, HR/HCM, BIBW, MM, IM, WM, SD, QM and third party Edge systems integration for PTP, MES, WMS, FCT and Integration with Suppliers and Customers. Our objective is to implement as much as standard SAP process and where ever there are gaps ABAP solutions will be implemented or other solutions will be sought. The project started in late 2010 and currently we are taking in new project participants. If you are considered for the project then you will be a part of the project team in implementing SAP per the business requirements. And building the necessary prototypes The project will run for 2 to 2.5 months months on a condensed fast track mode. The maximum meeting hours will not exceed 25 and a maximum 50 to 75 hours worth of remote participations hours. You might be spending 2 to 2.5 hours per week on meeting with the project team

You will take part in a group of several professionals who are implementing a SAP project and learn how a SAP project is done. This is not a training exercise and you will be assigned responsibilities and deadlines to meet the goals. If you are selected in the interview then you are eligible to participate on this project. Our objective here is to help you to get the necessary SAP project exposure which your training institutes may not provide or you dont get unless they work at real clients. Moreover, its done usually in the evenings and done all remote in a very organized & a very professional way as per a pre-defined project plans and protocols. We Invite you to join the project anytime and leave the project anytime and no strings attached.

You may be involved in SAP Solution Confirmation workshop sessions where you can gain the knowledge of various business processes and understand industry practices in your respective modules.

What may be your role in this project ?

You may be involved in Designing the SAP solutions after the SAP solution confirmation. You may be involved in analyzing the gaps and identifying work around solutions to ensure all SAP solutions are delivered to the business. You may be involved in writing SAP technical, SAP functional and SAP configuration specifications to meet the designed solutions. You may be involved in Configuration of the SAP system to meet the designed solutions as per sap configuration documents.

What may be your role in this project ?

You may be involved in writing SAP test scripts to test all designed solutions. You may be involved in doing various types of testing to test SAP process. You may be involved in resolving the defects related to designed SAP solutions. You may be involved in preparing the cut over activities for SAP production move. You may be involved in data load process for SAP data.

Important: Learn other various tools too.Of course SAP is the main thing here

What may be your role in this project ?

You may get an opportunity to spend time in SAP DEVELOPMENT & SAP QUALITY environments. You will learn for sure thats one of the main purpose of this implementation. You will learn to be a team player doing SAP projects. Your normal SAP training may not teach you how a SAP implementation is done Only this program does. You may have a very good chance of clearing interviews faster if you are a part of this program.

Important: Training is just a start, you must know SAP implementation details to have a successful start on a project or to clear interviews quickly.

About the Project:

This is a Proof of concept (POC) project for Solutions Patterns (SP) for various business divisions such as Sales, Distribution, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Manufacturing & Human Resources. 101ERP has identified SAP Software to implement this project and would be requiring candidates to help with this implementation. 101ERP will organize and manage the whole project. 101ERP may get the actual business requirement from Analysts from different parts of the industry belonging to one or more clients across the world and/or based on the business practices around the world in different industry sectors and this will drive the Project Implementation. If you are willing, then you could also participate on this project.

Important: 101ERP runs the whole project implementation.

Also the business team members, they will be responsible for collecting the actual business requirements and communicate the business requirements to the 101ERP's leadership team in their respective business area.

Also the stakeholders of the project implementation, constitutes of IT Project managers who will be coordinating with the Business Analyst team members and will sign off on the requirements from them after their Business workshop discussions. They will also initiate the Project plan and will integrate with the PLT to finalize the project plan.

Important: 1LT are from 101ERP, people who fund and run this project. The project itself is their baby.

Responsible for ensuring all nonSAP related activities are taken care. Dealing with onboarding and off boarding of PLT and PTM, managing them and resolving issues related to non-SAP activities. Providing necessary infrastructure for participating on the project such as access to systems, documents etc. The HR Manager will be leading this team and will be in touch with all the PLT & PTM.

Important: HRT will help you with all questions that are not related to SAP.

Constitutes of SAP Technical leads in various SAP Modules and will be coordinating with the Leadership Team to understand the business requirements and provide solutions in SAP and will be involved in finalizing project plan.
