Stretch, Conditioning & Jazz

Classes will concentrate on stretching and strengthening and are for dancers wishing to increase their range of motion and their

cardiovascular fitness. Classes will focus on increasing flexibility required for dance; resulting in a stronger, less injury prone dancer.

The Jazz portion of the classes for ages 6 - 13 will involve instruction in postures and fundamental movements of American jazz dance and will

include jazz technique, floor combinations and choreography.

The Jazz portion of the classes for ages 14+ will involve more advanced jazz technique; including turns, leaps, floor work and

choreography incorporating a variety of jazz combinations. ____________________________________________________

Ages 6 - 9 years Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Ages 10 - 13 years

Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Ages 14 years + Tuesdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Final classes are a parent viewing class.
