The French word “Jusqu’à”generally is considered to mean “as far as” or “up to”. Jusqu’à bars by themselves can have multiple meanings, but all seem to suggest that the request for airmail service,as indicated by an airmail etiquette or an airmail stamp, was either partially or completely unfulfilled.
