A MESSAGE FROM LCP
Hey, AIESEC THU.I have never been so proud for you of opening this ap-plication and start to take this bold decision, give yourself another challeng-ing but meaningful year. I will start with emphasizing the fact that the past 1year VP experience and 6 months LCP experience was the best days of my life.
I joined AIESEC THU in 1213, also is the first semester of my university life. It’s almost 3 years. Every time when I face the question about “to leave or to stay? ”, I always fall in hesitation. I know, there will be something more in-teresting or wonderful out of AIESEC, but there is a voice lingering in my ear. He remaindered me again and again about “ How much I don‘t want to leave” & “How much I love AIESEC THU, I want to make our family better and stronger.”
There was some one said that “AIESEC will only exist in your university life, but the other things that you want to do can be done in your future. If only you leave AIESEC, you cannot come back anymore.” It’s the key reason that makes me stay here instead of accepting the temp-tation of the outside world.
Once I decided to stay here, then I doubt myself if I have the ability to higher position not only for self-development but also for stronger AIESEC THU or not. I was afraid of I would fail. Then I start to ask others about should I apply for LCP? But I realize that once I consult with other I need to apply or not, the desire of this position in my heart just become bigger and bigger. Why not give yourself a shot to explore the best chance ever to grow intensively? You will never be qualified as long as you don’t give yourself a chance to try . And someone tell me “Don’t worry about the failures, worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.” And I know if I missed the chance, it will be a pity of my whole life.
However, every generation needs a stronger group of leaders to succeed
from previous generation. We need you to continued the dream we shared
and believed. Be the change you want to see in the world, and be part of gen-
eration 15-16.

INTRODUCTION
Application Requirement
All of the application documents should be finished in English or
Chinese and saved as PDF document.
Deadline for the application: 2015/02/15 (Sun.) 23:59

All the EB candidates need to go through the official selec-
tion process, accomplish the requirements of the application
documents. Once the applicant fulfilled all the process men-
tioned, 1415 AIESEC THU EB team can thus recognized the
individual as an official candidate for 1516 AIESEC THU EB.
The application package should be named as:
1516_AIESEC_THU_EB_Position_Application_Name.rar/
zip.
The complete application package should include the follow-
ing documents:
1. CV 2. Motivation Video 3. Questionnaire
4. Endorsement letter*5(LCP)/ *4 (LC VP)
5. Manifesto 6.PRISM report (only LCP)
1) CV:
Tell us your important information/experiences in/out of
AIESEC, your major achievement and your academic back-
ground. Or other information/experience you consider rele-
vant.
2) Motivation Video:
Make a video to introduce yourself, tell us your AIESEC experi-
ence and your motivation to apply 1516 AIESEC THU EB. Up-
load the video to upload the video onto LC Facebook group
1415 騎士精神有你有我.
(Note: The length of the video should reach the minimum of
1 min and should not exceed 3 mins.)
3) Questionnaire:
The questionnaire consists of General Questions for all appli-
cants and Specific Questions for functions. Applicants should
complete all the required questions in the maximum of 15 pag-
es including front and back cover. Please refer to the docu-
ment [2015-2016 AIESEC THU EB Questionnaire] for more in-
formation.
4) Endorsement Letters:
LCP/VP Applicant should hand in 5 / 4 endorsement letters
1 Endorsement Letter from current LC VP of AIESEC THU
1 Endorsement Letter from your current/former leader
1 Endorsement Letter form your current/former team member
1 Endorsement letter from your friends or family
(LCP Only)1 Endorsement Letter from an external/alumnus
of AIESEC THU (Cannot be 1415 EB team)
5) Manifesto
Manifesto must include 15-16 LC Picture, SWOT Analysis, Focus
Area, KPI & Goals, Strategy initiatives, LC structure and JD. (Not
exceed 15 pages)
6) PRISM report (LCP required/ VP preferred)

Procedure - LCP
Application
The application will be previewed by the board to decide whether the
applicants can proceed to the in-terview process.
The 1415 EB team will construct & manage the interview process. The applicant will become official can-didate after passing the interview.
The position won’t close whatev-er there is applicant or not
until 3/8 .
The election process will be held in 3/19 election day , which in-
clude: opening speech, question-ing, external penal, talent show,
and final speech.
The confidence voting will be held in 3/19 election day.
The final voting will be held in 3/19 election day.

Application
※The position won’t close what-ever there is applicant or not un-
til 3/22 ※The application will be pre-viewed by the board to decide
whether the applicants can pro-ceed to the interview process.
The 1415 EB team will construct & manage the interview process.
The applicant will become official candidate after passing the in-
terview.
1415 EB team will construct a analysis report for each candidate
to 1516 LCP, and 1516 LCP will manage the final selection process.
The confidence voting will be held in 3/31 EB election day.
LC VP candidates will have individ-ual talk with 1516 LCP elected. And 1516 LCP will confirm the structure with candidates and
allocate candidates into the 1516 LCEB structure.

1. LCP/VP applicants are required to be interviewed and
attend confidence voting activity physically.
2. LCP/VP candidates are required to attend LCP/EB
Election day in AIESEC THU during election process.
3. LCP/VP applicants need to hand in their PRISM report once
they become official candidate (Pass the interview).
4. LC VP candidates will need to have a meeting with 15/16
LCP elected during 2015/03/20 –2015/03/31. If the
whole EB team been well allocated, then we won’t open any
application. If not, 1516 LCP will manage new election
process.
5. LCP candidates need to be aware of having no weekend and
full weekly plans until July for participating in NPM, MC to
LCP TKO, LC TKO, LC transition, LCP team transition,
Planning, and all VP selection interview.
(No other responsibility after being elected is
recommended.)
6. All selected/elected members of 1516 EB team are required
to attend the following events
(Includes pre-meeting and post-meeting)
1) 1415 – 1516 MC to LCP TKO
(2015/05/01 – 2015/05/03) (LCP only)
2) 1415 – 1516 LC TKO (2015/05/16 – 2015/05/17)
3) 1415 – 1516 Function TKO
(2015/05/23 – 2015/05/24) (LC VP only)
4) 2015 NPM (2015/05/29 – 2015/05/31) 5) 傳承晚會 (2015/06/06)
6) 2015 sNCF (2015/07)
