Description LumaPro LED Security Light Wall Pack creates safe, brightly-lit outdoor environments in parking garages and entrances, public areas, schools, hospitals, hotels and outdoor walkways nationwide. With reduced wattage and an extended lamp life of up to 50,000 hours, these rust and corrosion proof fixtures with shock- and shatter-resistant lens save energy, lower maintenance costs, and prevent light pollution. CONSTRUCTION Heavy-duty cast, polyester powder coat aluminum base with a one piece injection molded polycarbonate prismatic lens/housing is rust and corrosion proof. The fixture is sealed to be dirt, insect and water proof. LED MODULE Aluminum components in the LED module act as heat sinks to reduce heat and add to life. The module uses directional settings to control the fall of light and the light levels. This makes the fixture an efficient replacement for fluorescent and high-pressure sodium fixtures, while reducing wattage and extending life. Installation & Operation Connecting panels to AC source supply: 1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. 2. Review the diagrams thoroughly before beginning. If you feel, you do not have electrical

wiring experience, refer to a do-it-yourself wiring handbook, or have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician.

3. All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinance, and the National Electric Code. If you are unfamiliar with methods of installing electrical wiring, secure the services of a qualified licensed electrician.

4. Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the appropriate fuse at the fuse box. Turning the power off using the light switch is not sufficient to prevent electrical shock.

5. Equipment should be mounted in location and at heights where it will not readily be subject to tampering by unauthorized personnel.

6. Do not use this equipment for other than intended use. 7. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.

Installation: 1. Use a Philips screwdriver to loosen (2) screws securing fixture cover. Remove fixture

back plate from fixture. 2. Use a flat head screwdriver to remove wire way covering from back plate of housing. 3. Use 1” thread ½ NPT fitting (not supplied) through back of housing until flush with outside

surface. 4. Add ¼” bead of exterior grade silicone sealant around the perimeter of the wall pack,

to inhibit any moisture from collecting between fixture back plate and mounting surface. 5. Feed power leads from junction box through NPT fitting into the exterior of the fixture. 6. Continue screwing NPT fitting into Junction box until fixture back plate is tight to mounting

surface. 7. Lock NPT fitting in place with ½” NPT (not supplied). AC wiring instructions: 1. Connect supply wires to quick connect supplied:

Black/Hot supply to quick connect with black wire. White/Neutral supply to quick connect with white wire. Confirm connections are secure.

2. Connect ground wire to quick connect with green wire. Confirm grounding connection is secure.

Final Installation: 1. Reattach fixture front to fixture back plate. 2. Connect driver OUTPUT leads to quick connect originating from LED array.

Red output to quick connect with red wires, black output to quick connect with black wires.

3. Reattach fixture using two Philips head screws removed in installation step 2. LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY Should this product fail to perform satisfactorily due to a defect or poor workmanship within ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, return it to the place of purchase and it will be replaced, free of charge. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty.
