Vocations and the Burse Club
Thanking our Burse Club members who have renewed their $12 pledge for this year and for
praying daily for their seminarian. Please join CCW and the parish of St. Paul in supporting our seminarians. By placing your donation of $12 in the Sunday collection with
your name and address, you will receive a prayer card with the photo of one of our 33 seminarians.
Send him a card from time to time to let him know of your prayer support.
Checks can be made to St Paul CCW. A new way of supporting our seminarians is by taking advantage of beautiful Mass cards
which are in the church office. Leave a donation of $10 or more and receive the card to
mail to your loved one. We will notify the St. Vincent de Paul Seminary to pray a holy
Mass for this recipient.
Any questions: call Maria at 352-326-0081.

Our next meeting is November 15.
It is not too late to start "The 30 Day Rosary for the Holy Souls." It can be done any time during the year.
It is most pleasing to God and most beneficial for the Holy Souls when the Rosary is said before the Blessed Sacrament. St. Paul Church now has a beautiful Adoration Chapel available for this purpose. PRAY THE ROSARY DAILY. For more information, contact Mary at 352-638-2747.

Many thanks to all who contributed to
the JMJ Crisis Pregnancy Center
Fundraiser and to all those who helped
over several weeks. There will be a

return all bo'les, with or without a
dona!on, as they are borrowed and must be accounted for
(400 are outstanding). We are s!ll accep!ng them by either
bringing them to church or taking them to the office.
Thank you to the ten St. Paul parishioners who stood up for life
on October 29 at the annual Life Chain. It is sad and tragic that
there are s!ll more than 3,000 abor!ons (unborn babies being
deliberately killed) every day in the United States alone since
1973. The death peddlers are very pa!ent and they will not
stop. Euthanasia laws are advancing fast in our country
too. We must pray every day about this and have a visible
presence for standing up for life at every opportunity. Can we
count on you in 2018 to be there? It is always the last Sunday
in October at St. Paul's.
Welcome

Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids Campaign
There are many children going to school without the benefit of a warm coat. Last
year, the money raised provided 400 coats to needy children in local elementary
schools, including St. Paul Catholic School. It was through the generosity of the Knights
of Columbus members and the St. Paul parishioners...so many were able to receive the “gift of warmth.” To make a donation by check, make check payable to St. Paul
and mark in the memo “Coats for Kids” … you may drop off in collection baskets or leave at Parish Office. Thank you.
