I supported the modeling and implementation of a new contracts management system. As a

member of this project the IDEAL Project for new software implementation, I was a key contributor in the selection of the vendor and software. I was a SME for this cross functional team that was a two year project. I was part of the testing and future enhancements to the system as well as developing new enhancements to meet the business needs. I worked closely with IT as a lead on my portion of the project I was responsible for ranking and selecting the future enhancements quarterly to meet our financial goals as well as business needs.
