KANDESIGN

Templates are written for customers on a regular
basis. This is lengthy work, which calls for intense
concentration and perseverance. Collaboration with
Passwerk proved to be an extremely efficient
solution.
23
23
MARC KAN, PARTNER+23
24
BELFIUS
24
With their excellent qualities and knowledge, the
Passworkers helped us to realise our brand new
flagship applications, Belfius Direct Mobile 2.0 and
Belfius Free Time, which are now proudly displayed
in the online shops of Apple and Google.

PROVINCE OFANTWERP
25
Naturally, the right price/quality ratio and the right
match are primary concerns when engaging
external parties. An initial trial period showed that
Passwerk could deliver significant added value for
Sindala and was the most suitable partner to carry
out the functional testing.

The fact that Passwerk focuses on the social
dimension as well as the economic one gave the
collaboration extra added value for me.

FEDICT
27
The Passwerk employees quickly got up to speed –
much faster than we thought possible. The reports
on the test results demonstrate time and again the
excellent quality of the test work delivery.

PETER STRICKX, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER+27

FEDICT
28
The Passworkers surprised us regularly with their
exceptional eye for detail. The fact that their
attention never flagged was proven when a major
bug was discovered right at the end of the testing
phase. That sustained concentration was also
apparent from the consistent quality in every test
cycle, even though some scenarios were very
repetitive.

We decided to go with [Passwerk] on the basis of a
SWOT analysis. Passwerk delivered effectively on
the promises they gave us.

SMALS
30
I should emphasise that our first concern was to
make a selection that would benefit the project.
So we don’t see [the Passworker] as anyone
special. The most important thing is that he
performs the required tests well, and that is
certainly the case. The fact that he also fits in well
with colleagues is a bonus.

AXA
31
It is part of our corporate culture to help people with
a handicap and to give them opportunities. In this
case it’s even a win‐win situation. For the WEVOL
project we have to test whether all our applications
carry on working. It is time-consuming and precise
work in which you have to search for anomalies
between 2 apparently similar situations.

NISSE
32
I find the Passworkers to be highly competent,
highly motivated people of exceptional intelligence.
They are able to work faster and more accurately
than people who do not have an autism spectrum
disorder. They learn very fast and are highly
motivated to learn new things continuously.
