    Proximity search will allow you to

    Search terms or phrases within a specified distance from each other

    Find candidates that have relevant experience that may not clearly be calledout on their resumes

    Control your variables. Keep a tighter search target.

    I want to search a software development manger that has managed a group ofdevelopers. By default I keep finding resume of software design mangers butthe candidates never managed people. My HM wants to see someone withpeople management.

    to see larger group, but this will not be as targeted. You are depending on the users
