1. Seller Details

View and modify basic information, store, shipping

information and other that a seller provided during

the membership registration.

2. Seller Grade & Score

View the grade and satisfaction rating.

A seller grade is computed on the basis of sales

and sales credit score of the preceding month, and

a seller satisfaction rating is computed on the

evaluation criteria of a customer who purchased

the products assigned at the time of the said

purchase.

3. Seller Cash

View Seller Cash status transaction history, reload/

withdraw of Seller Cash

4. Seller Credit

View Seller Credit status transaction history.

Note: Seller Credit can not be converted to Seller

Cash Credit or cash

5. Listing Ad Coupon

View “Listing Ad Coupons” issued to seller and the

detailed use status by coupon

2. Store information

Store name that was entered at the time of

membership registration

- Modifiable

- Maximum of 30 characters

Note: Store URL that was entered at the time of

membership registration and non-modifiable

3. Seller OPEN API Service Area

Menu in which a seller signs up for OPEN API

Service or view usable items for registration and

management of products

A serial number that was issued to the seller at the

time of Seller OPEN API service application

Seller Grade & Score

You may check the grade and satisfaction rating of

a seller.

The seller grade is computed on the 1st day of

each month with sales score and sales amount for

the most recent month. The sales amount is

computed by subtracting the 11 Street discount

amount.

(*Sales amount computation criteria = Product

Price – Discount Amount)
