• Kind of a cool cross with the comfort zone on top of the I 80 on the bottom. Not only will this one be a tremendous show heifer but she should also have tremendous potential as a brood cow carrying great mating flexibility being an outcross to many of the pedigrees out there. This heifer is cool necked, big topped, with incredible bone and overall stoutness. She’s also got the cool front end and big hair to go along with everything else. Should be fun to work on.

• Some of the best cattle we have laid eyes on this year have been the Maine Angus and this Erica heifer is no exception. Whether showing within the Maine Angus breed or competing in the ORB or AOB shows, this one can run with the best of the best. In terms of overall skeleton Erica exhibits the early signs of soundness and longevity that we really like to see within a calf of this age. Her beautiful pattern, depth of rib and long feminine front end make her look so attractive when viewed from the side. As icing on the cake, Erica’s dam is a past Maine Jr National winner as well. • Beth and I have loved this heifer from the get-go. Not sure what it is that we love the most, her killer look and color pattern or her great disposition. Gloria has great feet, legs and exceptional structural soundness. She also sports a beautiful outline, with great natural rib shape and a sweet head and neck. Her sire, the Stierwalt Real Deal bull, has been producing competitive show steers and heifers throughout the country as well.
