Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of all academic programs
• Assess the current financial situation
• Assess operational efficiencies and alignment
• Establish a positive Superintendent-Board relationship
• Establish positive working relationships with administrators, teachers and
support staff
• Establish a positive presence in the community
The Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan activities are based on the following goals for Davidson County Schools:

The Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan consisted of three phases:

stakeholders
• Establish a positive presence in the community
• Develop a coalition of support for the development of a
plan for continuing academic progress for all students
