Tenant Design Review (2-21-2008)– Rounds changed to 1/8th inch (.4 cm)

• Applies to isogrid, component boxes, etc

– Holes changed to represent actual diameter, not tapped diameter

• e.g. 1/4th inch to 3/16th inch

– Torque coil mounts• Will be cut into two pieces for easy of fabrication• Will require flanges to assemble

– More weight

– Battery Box• Will be wire EDM’d• Less screws in battery box lid

– 4 screws instead of 82

Analysis– Continuing work with Ansys

• Model integration from ProE• Vibrational analysis capabilities of Anysis and how

to implement with model• Possible simplification of model structure to
