Union deinands that whenever the workmen nieets with an accident, he shall be given. full mediciU expenses and full wages during the period of his recovery. Incase the workmen is coming under Employees State Insurance Corporation the Employer shall pay hini an amount equal to the difference between full wages and the amount paid by the Employees State Insurance Corporation.

If the · acquisition is abandoned wholly' o.rein part, the fact will also be notified in the same manner.
