Conclusion
• This project aims to develop a low cost method for earthquake damage estimation which is suitable for developing countries
• WINDS is used for testing and verifying utilizations of broadband satellite communications in supporting rescue activities of IRT-JF teams
• Cooperation with NECTEC in WINDS’s experiments• We expect to bring collaboration opportunities to Asian
countries in emergency preparedness and disaster mitigation in case of future earthquakes
