The Braintree July 4th Celebration Committee is a 501c3 Charitable Organization that organizes Braintree’s Annual Independence Day Celebration.  This year’s celebration will be held on Saturday, June 30th

For most years, the celebration is always held on the last Saturday in June and has become affectionally called “Braintree Day”.  Not only is it a celebration of our nation’s independence but also everything that we love about Braintree.  Our annual event attracts thousands of people to the parade on Washington Street and to the grounds of Braintree High School for the activities, live entertainment and one of the largest fireworks displays on the South Shore.  

Your participation will gain you valuable community-focused digital and traditional marketing exposure to local customers on our social media channels, our email marketing efforts and traditional community advertising in the Braintree Advertiser.  To further encourage participation, customers that tag themselves and post that they are at your establishment on their social media accounts will be entered to win prizes.

EVENT OVERVIEWJoin in on the Braintree Chamber of Commerce's first ever restaurant month fundraiser to benefit the Annual Braintree 4th of July Celebration aka

“Braintree Day!" During "Take A Bite Out Of Braintree" customers will dine out in participating restaurants where establishments will donate a

dollar amount or sales percentage of menu items purchased towards our cause!

HOW TO PARTICIPATEParticipating establishments can choose a dollar amount or % amount of any menu item sold

during the month of June to donate to the Braintree Day celebration or send a check for a flat rate

tax-deductible donation. Each participating restaurant will be given a Selfie Poster where

customers can take a selfie with the poster as well as marketing materials.

OPTION #1 FLAT RATE DONATIONThere are a number of donation/sponsorship

opportunities that can fit any size

establishment. Contact us to learn more.  

OPTION #2: SALES PERCENTAGE Choose a sales percentage that your business will

donate for items sold during the month of June. 

Example: "My business will donate 5% of all pizza

sales during the month of June to the Braintree

4th of July Celebration." 

OPTION #3: MENU ITEM Choose a menu item that your business will

donate a dollar amount of that menu item sold

during the month of June.

Example: "My business will donate $1.00 forevery pizza sold during the month of June tothe Braintree 4th of July Celebration.”
