Cable segments consist of start port ID, end port ID, cable length/type, & connection status.

Connection paths consist of a starting switch, end customer ID, and all the cable segments to complete the end-to-end connection.

Order Entry flows into Order Tracker™

Once an order has been entered, it will create one or more instances of the order within Order Tracker.

Order Tracker will decompose the order into multiple tasks that must be achieved to complete the order.

Tasks can be assigned as Manual or Automatic: Automatic tasks will execute a pre-defined FastFlow work process

once all predecessors have been completed. Manual tasks will be scheduled into Queues which will be

managed by Work Force Administration, or via other FastFlow work processes.

Order Reporting shows the completion status of an individual order as well as the number of orders in each queue.
