1. Create your AIESEC GMail account (For details, refer to 0910_IM_LC_ 01 GMail Account Setup_v01.pptx)

2. Send your email [email protected] with subject “[IM] Create official email address”. Just leave the content blank.

3. This process may take few days to complete and you will receive an email as follows

• Every AIESECer MUST include their signature in the email they sent to anyone.

• GMail can help you create a signature


4 Steps to add signature1. Login with your username and password2. Go to “Settings” (Right hand side)

3. Under the tab “General”1. Scroll Down and see
