    RECAP: The Rainiers were limited to only 2 hits as Tacoma was shutout by Omaha 0-8 onWednesday night. It marked the 5th straight loss for the Rainiers this season. CF Abraham

    Almonte (1x1, 3 BB) and 2B Ty Kelly (1x3, BB) each recorded 1 of the Rainiers 2 hits. StarterBlake Beavan (6.0,7,3,2,1,1) recorded his 4th loss with Tacoma, allowing 3 runs (2 ER) on 7 hits in6.0 innings. RH Stephen Pryor, made his 4th appearance of a Major League rehab assignmentwith the Rainiers, allowed 5 runs on 5 hits and 1 walk without recording an out in the 7th.     REHAB ASSIGNMENT: OF Franklin Gutierrez began his third rehabilitation assignment withTacoma on J uly 19. He went 0-for-4 yesterday. Overall he is batting .218 (29x133) with 19 runsscored, 9 doubles, 3 home runs, 20 RBI, 10 walks and 2 stolen bases in 32 games with AAATacoma. Gutierrez was placed on the 15-day DL on J une 25 with a strained right hamstring. Heappeared in 2 games (J une 22-23) after being activated from the disabled list on J une 22. Gutierrezwas on the disabled list from April 23-J une 21 with the same injury (right hamstring strain).

    Gutierrez was batting .267 (15x60) with 8 runs scored, 4 doubles, 5 home runs (3 leadoff HR) and11 RBI in 18 games (15 GS in CF) this season for Seattle. This is the 6th trip to the DL for Gutierrezsince the start of the 2011 season. RH Stephen Pryorbegan his first rehab assignment on J uly 19.In 4 appearances with Tacoma he is 0-0 with a 15.00 ERA (5 ER, 3.0 IP).
