First of all, could you please tell us how long you have been living in Vietnam and what brought you to Vietnam initially?

I arrived here in 2008. That was 2 years already in Hanoi before I left for a few months and I returned back to Phan Thiet where I stayed in … hotel and I joined Hanoi again last year Nov.

You have been living here for a long time. So how is the life in Vietnam now?

I can see Vietnam, especially Hanoi developed a lot over the last 4.5 years. I can see very good improvement in terms of infrastructure, in terms of facility. My favourite area in Hanoi is West Lake area where I see a lot of development in terms of … coming up. So I get more and more enjoy ability in Hanoi than it was in 2008.

My preferred area in Hanoi is West Lake area where I see a lot of development in terms of restaurants , new bars coming up. So the life gets more and more enjoyable in Hanoi than it was in 2008.

This time is around the New Year. I’m curious to know how the New Year is celebrated in Germany and is it different than that in Vietnam?

Here it’s the day when everybody would go out and have a party, a lot of drinks, people hanging out with friends. At midnight, you would see everybody goes on the street to celebrate and welcome the New Year, there a lot of fireworks and even more alcohol. Basically, you can see it everywhere on the TV you have in New York, London and Berlin, you have a big party on the … Where nearly 1 million people gathering together to celebrate the New Year. Vietnam is a territory of exquisite. It is very quite a day. My first new year in 2008 was quite shocking. I expected a lot of party after 10 o’clock but it was pretty quiet. At this time I used to working at another property, I finished at about 10 am when I went out to celebrate with the locals but unlucky was the only one!

The origin is in Spain which respect to a very long history. You can receive this small this additional in your hand to eat with your drink. What we tried to do here is actually to bring tapas to a new level. We twisted in different fly words… We separated in different core just like Italian, Japan, we have Japanese tapas, we have Vietnamese tapas. So we are quite flexible so that’s why we call it not really a tapas rather than half past time.

You can match with different meat, or sea food or species … so it’s great you all taste with it here with small sum of spring roll and a cup of… You try spring roll with tea with some tomatoes which is very popular which are sell … couple of days because foreigners like to try different things … trees which keep them fully experienced
