Guidelines Mentors should meet with their student once a month

(via phone or in person) Mentors should meet with their student at least 3

t imes a year in person Meetings should be 1-2 hours Relationship shall be 1 year in duration Mentor should make init ial contact with protégé

within 3 weeks of assignment
