Fire Arms Range Intelligent System

System Description

The system depends on using real bullets to shoot real targets, which can sustain big number of hits. These targets are at 100, 200 and 300 m away from shooters. The system determines the bullets locations on target and around by Shock Wave Sensors, then the results are processed and displayed on computer monitor at control room and at field display panels beside the shooters.

Detect the shooting result for each shooter

Call any shooter to give him the instructions

(via public address system)

The system is able to:

1.Accurately determines the hit locations on targets

2.Measures Extreme Spread for group of hits

3.Measures and plot center point for group of hits

4.Measures the standard deviation for hits

5.Calculates the number of hit and miss shots for each

shooter

6.Discards the hits as a result of Crossfire or Ricochet

panel and on the control room computer as well.

every shooter privately, or to all shooters at the same

time via headphones

There are two monitors; Main and Auxiliary

Each monitor has ten fields, each for one shooting lane

– The last shot is distinguished by shape and color

The targets’ settings are done by "Setup Menu", the setup

includes:

– Weapon Brand

– Shooting Scheme

– Target Shape

– Number of Bullets

– Others, as illustrated in the following figure.

Tests which can be done:

- Self diagnostic test, which can be done at system start-up

- Manual test, where the operator can conduct this test

from specific menu.

Types oaf reports:

Shooter Report: One page for each shooter, contains a diagram which illustrates shot locations and numbers on and around target, including direct hits, ricochet and crossfire shots. All with total score.

Detailed Shooting Report: Detailed report that gives score and deviation for every shot for every shooter

General Report: Overall results for all shooters
