During his 12 years there, he established the firm’s international corporate and commercial practice in London, England and later chaired the firm’s international business practice at its headquarters in Kansas City. Randall has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, investments and divestitures; licensing and technology transfers; commercial transactions and agreements; corporate partnering, strategic alliance and joint venture transactions; and corporate formation and governance matters.
