•Build outreach processes to broaden participation in Grid Computing

•Align with other (internal and external) groups to produce quality programming that assists in understanding how OGF works

Discussion Topics

• Discuss perceived barriers to attracting and retaining diverse populations, as well as ways to mitigate them.

• Define adjustments to the current structure to retain and assimilate new members in a "closed" group where work is continually moving forward.

• Provide quality programming that will assist new members understand how OGF “works” and how new members may contribute

• Identify efforts to outreach to organizations and institutions, by participating in their functions on their terms

• Define the actions required between events to facilitate movement toward objectives
