What is my Goal?

I want a tighter Body

I will have visible results

after 3 weeks

What`s the plan?

I start from Today

I will Train 3 times a week for one hour

For how long?

For the rest of my Life

REGULARLY

I`m so excited and I just…got tired. I`ll grab a sandwich

infront of the TV and I`ll start from tomorrow...

Or, what are the thousand arguments I never get tired to think of, pinpoint and

revolve daily

• I don`t have time• I`ll start from tomorrow• I have a headache/ stomach ache

• I`m tired• There`s no one to care of the children• I have a more important/ urgent work

What stops me?

• When I do……than I`ll start• There`s no point to begin• I`ll never look like that

What stops me?• It`s their job to look like that and they

can afford to work regularly• I don`t have enthusiasm• I just wanna have a short nap
