HCM Module – ROP Implementation

ERP Implementation in Roll

Out Phase (ROP) Circles

HCM Module – ROP Implementation

For ERP implementation, Circles have to provide

information in the prescribed Performa known as

templates. There are three types of templates in

HCM Modules:

1. Master Data – 22 Nos.

2. Transactional Data – 11 Nos.

3. Roles & Authorization – 3 Nos.

HCM Module – Master Templates

Master Data:

Data which is fixed in nature and to be created in the

system on one time basis and will not be changed

frequently. MDM team of circles shall have the

authorization to create/change the master data. (e.g.

Org. Unit, Position, Work Center, PA employee

Data, etc

HCM Module – Transactional Templates

Transactional Data:

Data which is not of fixed nature and going to

change frequently. End user can change the data as

and when required. (e.g. Medical, Training, etc.)

HCM Module – R & A Templates

Roles and Authorisation Data:

Roles given to the end users of respective POC’s &

authorized to perform certain transaction codes (T-

Codes).

HCM Module – Go Live

Critical Templates for Go Live (HR)

HCM Module – Go Live

Lessons learnt from POC Circles

1. The most critical issue is delay in provision of data in

templates.

2. Correct data in respect of position, work area,

present Grade & Cadre, Leave, Family details,

medical and house accommodation are most

important for Go live.
