2009 Benchmarking Survey Results

The Training Trust Fund (TTF) offers IBEW Local 37 members the opportunity totake courses that will benefit both life at work and at home by helping develop “softskills” such as time management, conflict resolution, stress management and leadership.

Recently, a survey was conducted to help determine what members think about theprogram, its courses, format, as well as identify areas that may be in need ofimprovement. Thanks very much to everyone who completed the survey. Your feedbackwill undoubtedly help the TTF continue to effectively serve Local 37 members andmaintain its international reputation as being an innovative, one-of-a-kind trainingprogram.

Following are some of the highlights of the survey. A committee is in place to develop anappropriate strategy to ensure that the necessary changes are implemented and thatthe program continues to reflect the needs ands wants of members.
