2009 Benchmarking Survey Results The Training Trust Fund (TTF) offers IBEW Local 37 members the opportunity to take courses that will benefit both life at work and at home by helping develop “soft skills” such as time management, conflict resolution, stress management and leadership. Recently, a survey was conducted to help determine what members think about the program, its courses, format, as well as identify areas that may be in need of improvement. Thanks very much to everyone who completed the survey. Your feedback will undoubtedly help the TTF continue to effectively serve Local 37 members and maintain its international reputation as being an innovative, one-of-a-kind training program. Following are some of the highlights of the survey. A committee is in place to develop an appropriate strategy to ensure that the necessary changes are implemented and that the program continues to reflect the needs ands wants of members.
