was said to have made r ~ f e r e n c e . to President .KENNEDY, and
"shooting between the eyes, 11 ·and t ha t he had a fr iend who

could speak several . languages, . including .Russian. The
Parrot Jungle employee re la ted tha t the unidentif ied male, -,__
in one instance, referred to his friend by the name "LEE,"

On M<Lrch 6, 1964, Hrs. LILLIAN SPINGLER, theParrot Jungle employee who previously furnished the in for -
mati.on concerning the afore-described unidentif ied male,
contacted the Hiami Office of the FBI to advise t ha t theunidentif ied individqal had returned to the Parrot Jungleon that date and 1-1as ol:lserved by her to drive a blue and
tvhite Chevrolet bearing 1964 Florida l icense 1-143874.

July, 1960, but they have since separated and are contemplat ing divorce.
MARTINEZ s ta ted t ha t his immigration into theUnited States was sponsored by MICHAEL McLANEY, who hadoperated the casino in the Nacional Hotel in Havana before the Government of FIDEL CASTRO closed down suchoperat ions. MARTINEZ said t ha t when he los t his job in
the Cuban Customs Service in the f i r s t part of 1959,

when the CASTRO Government removed the pre-CASTRO personnel ,he, ~ ~ R T I N E Z , worked fo r McLANEY a t the casino in the gen

PEREZ ABRE:U, had been a successful and well-to-do at torneyin Cuba pr ior to the advent of FIDEL CASTRO to power, buthad since l os t his propert ies through confiscation by theCASTRO regime.
